How Does it Work?
When your device connects to the Internet it does so using an IP address. This number is needed in order for your device to communicate and connect to websites and services. You automatically get an IP via your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Your IP will give away your location. For an example we can see that your IP is 126.96.36.199 and you are currently located in the United States.
The Unlocator DNS service will make sure that the geographic detection systems used by certain tracking services can't see your real location. This allows you to enjoy an open unrestricted Internet.
Unlike traditional VPN tunnels we only redirect the traffic responsible for geographic detection. Not only does this mean that there is no slow down of your connection but all your regular services like your online banking etc. will still see your normal location. An added benefit is that you can appear in multiple locations at the same time.↑ To the top
