Netflix have blocked all VPN, Proxy and Smart DNS providers. As a result we currently don't provide support for Netflix. This might change down the line if new techniques become available.
Instead we suggest taking a look at HBO, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Stan, iFlix, BBC iPlayer or any of the 200+ channels we support. They all have great and more up to date content.
If the device you are trying to set up does not have a browser, then a negative DNS check is not necessarily a bad thing.
When the account home is loaded we check the DNS setup on the device, which loads the page. So if you have only set the DNS on your Apple TV and then check your account from a computer, not configured with Unlocator, then the check will fail. That does not mean that your Apple TV has not been set up correctly.
Since you need to configure your router to use either the Chromecast or Roku then a negative DNS check is usually not a good thing. However, a negative DNS check does not necessarily mean that your router has not been set up correctly. Instead there might be some issues on the device you are using to load the page.
